• Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday unless by prior arrangement. Long weekends and mid-week breaks available, minimum stay 2 nights.
• Prices include all bedlinen and towels, welcome grocery pack (bread, butter, milk, tea & coffee) and fuel for first few fires in the Cottage.
• Central heating and electricity is charged at €25 per week from September to June and €15 per week during June, July and August. Total to be paid locally on day of departure.
• A deposit of €75 per week is required at time of booking, with balance payable on arrival. Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival date. Deposits can be paid by cheque, bank transfer and paypal.
• Wireless broadband is available at no extra charge if you bring your own laptop – or you can borrow one of ours if you just want to check your e-mails or use Skype to call home.
• Arrival after 3:00pm unless by prior arrangement.
• Departure before 10:00am unless by prior arrangement.
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome, if you ask us first. We have two dogs of our own and therefore some terms and conditions apply. Please contact us for more information.
